4. Virtual Currency (Epoch Tokens) Rules
The Platform utilizes a virtual currency known as Epoch Tokens (EPT). EPT is a completely simulated currency. You acknowledge that EPT has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services, and cannot be transferred to other users or third parties. EPT is provided to you as a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use within the Platform. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate EPT at our sole discretion, without any liability to you. If your account is terminated for any reason, all EPT associated with your account will be forfeited immediately.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform's operations or RNG mechanisms; using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform or play games; attempting to sell, trade, or transfer your account or EPT to others; engaging in harassing, offensive, or abusive behavior towards other users or our support staff; or using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Another Spin Operations Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Canada, specifically the province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The arbitration shall take place in Toronto, Ontario. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
